Come find me on Twitch or you will get wocka flocka’d https://www.twitch.tv/kyupire

4:27 A moment so cringe, even the baby stopped crying.

"well this is new" is not something you EVER want to hear from a medical professional....

My mom was a night shift ER nurse and there were numerous times I went to work with her and just hung out. (My stepdad was an OR surgical tech and my father was/is career law enforcement, I’ve seen a lot.) It got to a point that they wouldn’t let my mom smoke in front of the hospital because she ended up helping deliver a baby in the parking lot on three separate occasions and one time a car pulled up and threw a dead body out of the backseat. And people wonder where my dark and sarcastic sense of humor came from.

6:32 actually what happened wasn’t feces, it was blood, in a follow up video he explains the dude was suffering from GI bleed of some kind, very unfortunate for the continuation of life.

Interesting thing about flocka is that in nearly all people who take it, they will tell you that they believe that they are being chased by wolves. The drugs seems to activate the part of your brain that is responsible for your fight or flight response and kicks it into overdrive. Along with hallucinations of wolves. Although why wolves? Presumably it's because we've been told so many stories about wolves chasing things that it's just in-built into the human sub conscious as the threat to be fearful of.

Flocka is a (relatively) newer type of synthetic bath salts that tends to have a side effect of making people hallucinate that they're being chased by dangerous animals (often wolves, apparently), demons, etc, etc. In addition to the usual ones like severe paranoia and violent behavior, of course.

Flocka is basically Synthetic Bathsalts

9:50 listen up friends, this is very important. Never, EVER use flour, sugar or any powdered substance to extinguish a fire. Dust explosions can cause severe damage and burns. If you ever have a grease fire, your only options are smother it with the lid, a fire blanket, Class B or Class K extinguisher or take it outside and let it burn itself out.

Fun fact: powdered coffee creamer is HIGHLY flammable and inmates in prisons used to use it to make improvised flamethrowers. It's why it is banned in prisons now.

6:44 oh, this situation is even WORSE than just human feces. The patient has a G.I. bleed

One of 5 to catch that baby one.

He asked about her, but nothing about the baby. As a dad, 90% of us would have started with "the baby?"... unless we did not know there was one

Me: reads title
Also me: Yeah, dealing with idiots on the regular will do that to you. I work in retail so... you know XD

The flocka one will never cease to freak me out, because apparently everyone who takes that stuff hallucinates being chased by wolves. Knowing that drugs can make people have the exact same hallucination makes me wonder what else can do that kind of thing, and also makes me wonder if it's possible to choose specific hallucinations, because I can 100% see that being used in horrifying ways.

"I like how everyone stops talking" I like how even the baby stops crying at that moment XD Like the baby just realised it got born into drama and wants to get the heck out of there XD

And just like that I want Kyu to call me a silly goose... XD

Clarifications: there are several conditions that can present like a stroke, literally called stroke mimics. High blood pressure, bells Palsy, diabetes, ect. Never assume that you are not having a stroke and get some help.

Tatters McGee might be having narcolepsy but he would need a lot of workup before conclusion.

Flocka is bath salts AKA synthetic M'th. They literally caused a zombie apocalypse in Florida about 10 years ago.

Infidelity is way too common in the medical field. I've literally had a girl tell me that her husband and the baby daddy got into a fist fight over who gets to be in the delivery room with her. I didn't know what to say to that so I just asked her to finish with the paperwork that I handed her.

Low blood sugar causes altered mental status. Most of the time you become tired and lethargic. Other times people become the Incredible Hulk.

Loved your reaction.

Emergency services need to be paid a lot more for having to deal with horrors beyond human comprehension

The guy who threw the TV out of the window was in a hypoglycemic rage.

The guy who was vomiting and pooping out blood had a gastrointestinal bleed. The phrase,
"double dragon" is a military and maritime slang term for simultaneous diarrhea and vomiting.

Flakka is the street name for synthetic bath salts. People high on it tend to hallucinate being chased by something, usually a predatory animal like wolves.

lol... after you watch enough of these, you should watch/react to his "where are they now?" series, where he provides more info on a bunch of these stories, particularly the ones where you, like most people, had questions & reactions. He explains what the "bloody double dragon" was, what flocka is, etc.

It was too funny how even the baby stopped crying.
