Can you conquer Calradia without recruiting a single normal soldier?

In this challenge every member of my army must be a bandit. That means no villages, no noble recruits, and no easy path to building an army.

Starting with nothing but a blunt mace and a handful of outlaws, I set out to discover whether a kingdom built by criminals can survive against the greatest armies in Bannerlord.

This is the beginning of Rugan Darkhammer's story.

Rules

Only bandit troops allowed.
Normal recruits are forbidden.
Every victory has to be earned the hard way.
