So good that you’re essentially just going through everyone who’s been on Daystar and seeing what scandals they’ve been in. The whole industry needs to be demolished: it’s not edifying for Christians and it’s not informative for anyone who is curious about Christianity because it’s not representing the truth

I went to a church that actually acted out the Bible. The pastor was great. He was down to earth, drove a reasonable car, and had a small house. He had been on our local radio for years. We joined the church. He retired 5 years later. In comes the new pastor. They both get two brand new cars from the church, start wearing designer clothing, and the sermons become about money and giving. One sermon did not touch on bible verses at all. I quit going. So sad.

Honestly, I have a friend who attended just church camp and asked Drenda for prayer over her scoliosis. Drenda was annoyed, why? Because there wasn’t enough people around, she practically ignored her because there were no witnesses to share the story of how she “healed her” she was seeking for attention and always has been.

I sound like a broken record, but THANK YOU! for exposing these parasites. Sadly I’ve been involved in several large churches, once you get close to the center, you find out they are all the SAME. The sheer and utter destruction of so many innocent lives is beyond words. 🤬

What gets me is how can they preach all of this but then take and take so much money? They could give soooo much away to people in need, charity, start a charity, build schools in Haiti, American Red Cross, I mean the possibilities are endless. But no, their plane and mansions are more important than those in need. Smh…incredibly selfish
