Would Milo even notice if he was in a final destination movie

Death, watching Doofenshmirtz use a cure-cancer-inator on Milo: “HE CAN’T KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!!”

A "Final Destination" where the entire movie is just death and the audience being edged because the protagonist is just a in universe equivalent of Milo Murphy

the whole premise of his show is basically just "watch this child survive final destination repeatedly"

Let me raise you this:
Being prepared for everything, Milo would REGULARLY have checkups for terminal illnesses, and thus they would all get safely removed in the early stages of development
the only, ONLY way death could EVER kill Milo, is by giving him a spontaneous brain aneurysm, at which point it's a toss up of whether death can overpower murphy's law enough to even do that in the first place

The only scenario where death can do anything to milo is one where it gives up entirely on the plan and the theatrics  and all the stupid arbitrary rules and just kills him outright, which I consider cheating, and a win for Milo

Death gives Milo cancer, but the negative energy makes it miss all of his vital organs.

Honestly a Final Destination movie is just an average Tuesday for Milo.

Milo ends up in this situation because one of his male ancestors started dating a woman who dodged death and Murphy’s law refused to let Death succeed at killing her.

The problem is that Milo would genuinely never notice Death’s curse because not only does Death rely on human unawareness of statistically impossible outcomes happening back to back, but there are so many parts to his design that Murphy’s law would kick in before the intended ‘finishing move’ was even close to happening

It's his world and we're all living in it after all, Milo survives literally anything

If Milo wandered into a final Destination Movie, I don't think he'd even notice a difference

I love that the summary of this is "Milo not only survives Final Destination, he effectively no-sells it".

But for real the idea that DEATH ITSELF gets affected by Murphy's Law is so unbelievably funny, like you can imagine it getting more and more mad as each of its chain reactions fails to kill this one random kid

I'd like to point out that Milo's backpack doesn't have the ability to create the things he needs in any given situation. It stores whatever fits through the top and remains the same weight regardless of what's currently inside it, but everything he takes out was at some point placed in the bag. I don't think we ever see him packing it but he mentions it pretty often, and occasionally he will run out of useful items because he hasn't had a chance to stock up on them, "I would have had extras, but you know, the llama incident." Still, he's prepared for anything, I don't think this changes the situation much.

To be completely fair to Milo…the disease will be planted intentionally by Death…and then Murphy’s Law will cause it to go wrong because it was PLANNED…so even the disease cop-out won’t work

The funniest part is that, since Milo is initially practically unkillable, he'd just never have a premonition since there would never be a situation in which he dies.

My choice for the "why is Milo being targeted" is that 128 of his ancestors ALL escaped Death's plans, and he is the point all those bloodlines meet, and now Death is having a drunken sobbing fit about having to deal with this genuinely unfair matchup. Death utilizes Negative Energy to set up traps, but Milo's mere presence overloads every single one of them like a lightbulb encountering the full electrical potential of a nuclear detonation all at once.

Guy's getting desperate, but knows that targeting Milo's friends and family is just as bad of an idea because they're saturated in Milo's aura nonstop and thus are automatically tied to the dude.

milo gets cancer and his backpack just has the cure for cancer

"Dude ive dropped a plane, derailed a train, had a ring of fire blow up gas cans and had fishhooks carry a basket of C4 into a ferris wheel and this kid just won't die"

Death would be Milo's Candice...
