When Sales Are Slow Make Space For 2025 Incoming Stock!
When you follow a daily workflow routine such as packing orders, posting orders, photography and listing it can be hard to adjust when things start to take different amounts of time, but we need to be able to adjust and pivot as the day requires us to!
If like me, you only have 2 orders going out today then you can reduce the amount of time that is sectioned out for - Posting & Packing and add more time to other stages of the business such as photography, tidying & optimising your space or even consolidation on your storage system.
Take this peek into my day as a full time ebay reseller in the UK.
