It's called freedom of expression. This is for those Americans who say we Brits have no freedom of speech.

Miriam Margoleyes (the woman on the Grahan Norton show) is famous for saying absolutely anything.

I love British humour. It wakes you up and completely misses all political correctness. A very important thing to do in humour.

Did you notice House actor Hugh Laurie in the Blackadder sketch. The one with the army guys. Most Americans don't realise House is English and a damn good comedic actor

You will find Graham Norton popping up on Father Ted from time to time 😂😂

It always amused me when Americans say that there is no free speech in the UK. Can you seriously see any of this being screened on a US network?

Miriam is hilarious. There is a whole lot more of her Graham Norton interviews. Defo worth a watch. Some Oliver Reed chats are also mental.

the actor in the guillotine clip is Charles Hawtree , acting from the 1930's, he was deeply eccentric and hysterically funny, he was part of the acting team playing in the "Carry On "series of films

You lot are really lovely, thank you for taking on another culture's humour and making it your own; I really appreciate how open-minded you are, it makes me feel right at home!

Charles Hawtry was so funny!

Miriam Margoleyes was the original “ Cadburys Bunny” on the Cadbury caramel advert back in the 90’s. Believe it or not she was used because of her “ sexy tone” in the advert, if anyone sees this advert, you will not believe it is her speaking in the ad. 😂 👍

As a Brit may I say that it was just a quick scroll suddenly found myself at your channel. The sight of you guys laughing at our humour (humor) was a sheer joy to behold. Greg you quoted a comment that started don’t talk about the war? That was actually taken from a show called Fawlty Towers. John Cleese (from Monty Python) Was a hotel owner insulting some German guests, dark humor at its best. I hope you manage to find full episodes of all of Father Ted and other great stuff and enjoy it in their entirety. We need more laughs in our lives wherever we live. Life is too short otherwise.

And Philomena Cunk (Diane Morgan) on America!

Did you know we would not have The Monty Python movies, had it not been for Goerge Harrison? (yes of The Beatles) EMI, were to back The Life of Brian, but days before filming started, an exec read the script and all hell broke out, they said no, Eric Idol was friends with Goerge and mentioned what had happened, so he said he wanted to see the film and would pay for it, he also got a part in it (the, He's a very noughty boy part)

Definitely find all the Miriam Margolyes clips from Graham Norton. She's just the best and really doesn't care what she says.

Lord Lovat is literally where the phrase laughing your head off come*s from those who came to watch him get guillotined more of them died when the scaffold they were on failed. 😂

In Monthy Phyton´s "Life Of Brian" there is a character called "Loretta", if you haven´t seen this movie yet, try do find 1 1/2 houres and watch it, it´s more than worth, it´s a cultural heritage!
