In this video streamers react to the final boss Arlecchino, The Blood Artist in Lies of P Overture, this was a very cool character that was in the base game, because he was like the Joker of the Lies of P universe with the way he speaks and acts, so it was an exciting reveal and fight in the DLC. This boss is the hardest boss Lies of P has to offer and it is a treat for any hardcore souls fans.

"Sounds like we're gonna fight this girl" bro has been playing the entire DLC with the dialogue muted

Arlecchino's questline was creepy in the base game due to his voice acting.

In this DLC (especially because of the audio logs and Rose Estate location) he was genuinely terrifying.

"Yo, let's rebuild this puppet with the ego of a serial killer and let's make him 8ft tall with buzz saws for hands, also let's glue a silly mustache on him. This is a genius idea. We're geniuses." - The Alchemists, apparently

There’s no way this dude made it all the way to the final boss thinking it was gonna be Lea

@Draculkaiser 1 year ago

“Sounds like we’re going to fight this girl” that dude obviously hadnt paid any attention to the story.

As far as I know, Arlecchino is the only boss in the entire game that reacts to you healing.

If you try and heal during a window his eyes flash red and he adds more to his combo. This dude is bloodthirsty, which is appropriate.

The most screwed up part about that phase 2 cutscene is that when he burns himself up, everything besides his face turns red/orange, his face actually crisps up…he’s wearing human skin and probably a human scalp on his face…

I love bosses that are complete psychopaths, something about overcoming them is so damn fun and satisfying.

"Waluigi, The Defiled One" is crazy 😂

Not gonna lie, when I played this, I was was genuinely terrified at the prospect of Arlechinno being the first boss to have a phase 3.

8:03 "We should give him more weapons. Like rocket launchers." Arlechinno starts shooting blood missiles. "Okay."

For anyone confused, future Arlecchino kinda gives the old plans away. "What if I made a puppet of a human, the way humans made puppets of us." He cuts off Romeo's arms to fuck with Lea. Bro is pure evil. He then attatches puppet arms to Romeo. His plan is to fully mutilate Romeo and turn him into a puppet.
The second meaning to it was with how he fucked up Venigni. "Would he be traumatized? Would he be broken?"
Arlecchino is so beyond fucked up, even the worst Joker would be scared of this nutcase.

Bro the va went crazy on his job.

Arlecchino already sounded amazing on the base game, the dlc just elevated him sky high with that design.

This boss is insane. The way he mixes up different parts of different combos with each other is what makes him so difficult. He tests my reaction time more than any other boss because of that one aspect of the fight. Also I love the flash when his eyes glow red and he attacks immediately, that's the game telling you that he's doing input reading. And that's why sometimes his combos seem endless. Because he finishes a combo, then when he reads your input and sees that you're trying to heal, his eyes glow red and he follows up with another combo immediately

I'm surprised that not many people revive Lea to fight. The duo execution move is really awesome.

Arlecchino was my favorite character basegame so seeing him just steal the show in the DLC is the greatest surprise I could have asked for.

And here I thought "Huh? The final boss is the Riddler guy over the phone? How tough can he be?". I had never been so wrong in my life.

@Nixthyo 11 months ago

19:50 That’s my entire HP.

Bro has like 20 in Vitality 💀
