You can see Will really loves this place in the world as he’s so enthusiastic about the food explaining  how it’s caught, the making of the sauce etc his enthusiasm comes across as he just wants Jack to feel the same way. It’s like when you realise your missus doesn’t get your favourite music.

goddamn I miss the 90s so much.  Working in the first restaurants to get Micky stars in Belfast, every shift just 90 miles an hour, everyone working so hard and partying so, /so/ hard.  Love that these boys are keeping the traditions alive.

Every restaurant in the UK should be pushing octopus. The lobster fishery won't survive unless they get octopus numbers under control. They are even having issues with them in Scotland.
