Ronnie Coleman optimized his muscle growth by choosing to be born as Ronnie Coleman, it was a strategic move

Ronnie Coleman: Basic stuff

Dr Mike: “Everybody wanna be a bodybuilder, nobody wanna control the eccentric”

Ronnie (when still in a wheelchair post 12th back/hip surgery) was asked if he regretted anything.
“I know I could have repped that 800 2 more times.”❤
Forever the GOAT.

Met Ronnie back in Feb at the old Metroflex. The man could barely walk but was still happy to take pictures with people and shoot the breeze.

Ronnie Coleman saying jay cutler was smoking crack had me dying of laughter😂😂

Ronnie Coleman critiques exercise scientists head shape 🗿

how dare you

"LIGHT WEIGHT BABY!" my dumbass lifting my pen at work

Back in Texas we owned a gym where his gf Vicki would come train sometimes. Ronnie once came in, looked around, and cracked jokes we didn’t have heavy enough weights for him even if we piled them all up. Dude was funny. Would run into him sometimes at Luby’s and he always remembered who I was and said wassup. Humble. Genuine. Sincere.

I lived near Ronnie a long time ago - during his reign .. never seen a bigger human , like seeing a different thing altogether.
But he was so kind, so cool.. taught me how to lift with shitty gym equipment.

love this dude

Starting a petition to have an entire video of Mike doing Ronnie impression

Don’t think I’ve ever heard anybody say a bad word about Ronnie, and that says a lot about him. No ego or attitude and no bitterness. Heart of a lion and a desire to be the best he could be.
“Yeah buddy!” 💪🏻

2:00 ive watched this 10 times lmfao what a monster

Ronnie is a sweet man.  I love hearing his stories and how jovial he still is, even after all his injuries and surgeries.

I found a YouTube video that was literally 3 hours of Ronnie yelling in the gym.  Its still one of my best motivational videos when I work out.

I remember scaring my history teacher with "YEAAAH BUDDYYYY" while entering the class. I summoned the god gimmick himself for that

Mike even takes his jokes till failure 😂 love this guy

That was awesome.  Ronnie beat me in the 1992 Mr.Texas and stayed in touch through a mutual friend. He is a great guy that others could learn from.
