Absolutely LOSING my mind at the last part (around 29:20 ) because Dainsleif’s constellation is an ouroborus. His title is also Bough-Keeper which means tree-keeper and you’ve already theorized that Dainsleif would go to the Irminsul trees to answer Lumine’s questions about Teyvat and the world. So using your theory, Dainsleif is the snake guarding the tree of life and the philosopher’s stone/child. This could add another layer to his line, “Defeat me and command me to step aside to prove that you are worthy enough to save her.” That he says in the Travail trailer.

Some symbol/item in Genshin, probably linked to some big lore: shows up
Ashikai: “Ah sh*t, here we go again...”

genshin has this way of making you delve deeply into the most interesting and abstract concepts about reality whilst failing miserably to get a decent artifact for the 100th time that is just... sublime.
a great game indeed.
and a great channel! congrats on these videos, miss. that's the best lore-related content i've seen so far, you're so good at this.

bro i swear your daily genshin commissions must take hours because you keep investigating random things LMAO

The other symbol which she said was an owl actually looks more like a snake to me ngl. But seriously, her theory vids are always mindblowing

I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEO ALL MONTH :D

Bruh imagine the final boss is a huge snake

11:30 Meanwhile 3 years later: IS THIS SYMBOL OF RANOVA?

POST-VIDEO NOTES + CORRECTIONS:

- So the picture of the emerald tablet (illustration) with the triquetra on it is not the one that's supposed to be here. The triquetra is not in the original (historical) illustration, but was added later for flair in a TV show. I was trying to get a higher res version of the illustration and did not notice the difference. I have since found a better one on... wikipedia. Go figure. Here it is for those of you who want to see it - https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6b/Houghton_Typ_620.09.482_Heinrich_Khunrath%2C_Amphitheatrvm_sapientiae_aeternae.jpg

- A Triskelle isn't a uniquely Irish symbol, it's an ancient Celtic symbol.

- I mentioned this in the video but your mileage will vary when it comes to interpreting the Kabballah. I wanted to clarify that I am specifically referencing Hermetic Qabalah which is quite a bit different from Orthodox Kabbalah. Neither interpretation is necessarily wrong as they are both correct within their own contexts. I like to use metaphors I think a lot of people can understand, so this is also including my own interpretations. For example, traditionally, Chockmah means Wisdom whereas Binah means Understanding , but those are too abstract for me for practical use. So I liken Chockmah to a seed that is only fully usable when planted in the Ground(Binah), or else it will not sprout and grow. I treated each Sephiroth this way.
The following is taken straight from wikipedia's tree of life page, just as an example of how I reached these conclusions, "After "Binah", the universe gets down to the business of building the materials it will need to fulfill its evolution and be creating new combinations of those materials until it is so dense that, by the stage of "Malkuth", the initial pure limitless energy has solidified into the physical universe."

I'm wondering if the reason that the majority of the knights of favonius are gone for now is to find any leads of the pearl. Its entirely possible that the one that first proposed the expedition was Alice given her mystery and apparent knowledge of the world.

You know how I said we never see the moon this close? Only in domains? Well now I am convinced that I'm only close to the sun while watching your videos. BECAUSE MY WIG IS SCORCHED. Amazing video!!

I can't freaking NOT imagine Luz Noceda playing genshin impact and nerding over the lore of the game. Thank you for your voice Ashikai

the six eyes also remind me of the amount of wings the twins had in the beginning of the game, and perhaps if it relates to them in some manner

could the broken trifecta thing on the symbol that represents the moon correlate to the missing moons? and maybe the trifecta thing on "earth" represents the overworld of teyvat, khnarea (idk how to spell it), and celestia?

Not super related to the majority of the video (which was great by the way! fantastic work) but if the Genesis Pearl is a seed, and the word for "god" and seed is the same in Hilichurlian, do you think there could be a possible connection between the two? It's shown that hilichurls can harness the elements, so it's understandable that they would view the source of the vessels through which elemental energy flows as divine. That combined with the theory that at least some hilichurls are corrupted Khaenri'ahns would have interesting implications as well

I can't fathom how you do all this research. Even more so I'm baffled how mihoyo combined so much real life history and lore to make this game.

i know this sounds dumb but….what if the thing ascending in the tablet is the traveler? we are looking for the unknown god, and each time we’re close to ascending to divine, so what if the tablet describes our journey? also the fact they both have wings…..

“The moon isn’t what it appears to be” Ashikai, 2021

great video and you explained a really complicated theory in a way that's easy to understand. kudos!

it was kinda amusing tho everytime you cut to kaeya standing next to diluc because it just makes me imagine kaeya saying the same things as you with an ^_^ face and diluc's just.... kaeya pls just go lizard hunting with klee

I always wonder if you’d ever consider coming back to these earlier theories and analyzations and see what still checks out and what may not still hold water. Especially now that we’re nearly endgame
