Another game you might want to check out is No Umbrellas Allowed. You run a Pawn Shop and need to pick out fakes from the real product.

2:24:54 "You're not French, I appreciate that."  --Insym

This game is notoriously hard for getting the good ending, imo. There are so many small things outside the main gameplay loop you need to do, such as getting finding Dave's Ring, getting the Disco Medal in Chapter 1 before it goes boom. It requires going to the right places in the right order.
Not to mention you need the right clothes. Its not just a customization thing.

Insym (to guy born in 1974) "You're a freakin grandpa, dude." I'm crying because that "grandpa" was a few months younger than me.

Btw. the cracked display from the i phone, we in germany call it: Spider App

2:41:15 Spoke too soon xD God I love this part: "Stop being french! I'm gonna fail!" actually hilarious

If you enjoyed this one, "Yes, Your Grace" is another fantastic game by the same dev, all about decision making and resource management and with a great story

I'd go back to bouncing checking IDs if I only had to check 20 something IDs a night lol. Dealing with drunks is not worth the pay.
These papers please games are always fun to see though.

Insym sees ID that says 1985: Ok you're a grandma.
Me born in 1987: WTF?!?!?!

Anyone else notice the guest list on 13.1.18 were all slight derivations of The Walking Dead actors/actresses? Andy Bernthal and Jon Lincoln (Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal). Sarah Wayne (Sarah Wayne Callies). Lennie James (he played Morgan). Cool little nod.

This game was made a few years before Brexit happened, on the (I assume) the "satirical hypothesis" on IF Brexit actually happening... then Brexit happened lmao

One game i really recommend is death and taxes. It is a similar style of game except you are a grim reaper in a bureaucratic world  and you have to choose who lives and who dies based on the files presented to you and the instructions from your employer

It cracks me up when the British pretend they aren't European.

4:18 For me it's the exact other way around, it was usually the non-Apple phones that were cracked back when I went to school. But I guess that also has something to do with the Apple parents telling their children to be careful what they do, because they are so much more expensive than a Samsung phone would be.

"That's not my neighbour" can hide, this game is the horror papers please. It gives you the most terrifying experience - being british.

I love your intro!😊 "...if you like the video, like it, if you dislike it, dislike it but let's not waste any more time and hop into the game, let's go!" 0:13 😆 The first time I heard this I was like: cool, he is not bothered if some people dislike his video and also this line is pretty catchy. 😆 Now every time I watch your videos I'm saying it with you 😂

I love that the Dutch person, when trying to voice over for the English characters, gives them American accents

39:33 “Money money money, must be funny 💵”

Glad you've managed to find a way to get through the copyright issues, been looking forward to this series!

please please please give us more of this, watched it live on twitch and i really want to see you try all the endings ❤
