Welcome to Beholder! This is an amazing game where you are a landlord tasked to enforce some pretty horrible laws. You have to spy on your tenants and report them to the government. Will you be nice and risk your life, or save yourself by being evil? ENJOY!

Insym runs out of an apartment right in front of the tenant

Tenant: "Must've been the wind"

Some of these people would live a lot better lives if they dipped into their blackmail funds

I kinda like this game, but it requires a detailed walkthrough to keep your entire family alive. And after the first bit, that guide starts becoming too complex to bother with.

Interesting. And we now know where the daughter got the teddy from since that other game with the train.

I love the Beholder series! It's great to see it on this channel and get more recognition for this game; it definitely had a lot of effort put into it.

Fun fact, if you choose the other frequency for the Mobile Propaganda Unit, it tells fairy tales related to the country instead, although it leads to a failure of the quest.

53:30 could be like teaching the different types of strength of minerals, what type of drills or machinery to use, how to avoid making a mine collapse—I feel like it would be hard to learn all of that in the same way you would with jobs that don’t require higher than a high school degree

Enjoy the video but the "This game is like Papers, Please, but nothing like it" is getting a bit out hand, signal if you need help

Would love to see the other Beholder games in a full youtube video! I caught the stream for the train beholder game and loved it, would be great to see you finish that one too!

actually, if one does not sleep for 2-3 days at all (!) halucinations start. in a week, they will die. Sleep is more important than food for us, it means. Which means after water comes sleep, then food (if we leave aside the air)

I think the wife died to the riot cause you gave her the grocery money.
She had a groceries symbol above her as she was leaving the house

I do love how well they reconcile the beginning of this game with Blissful Sleep. Jacob really surprised me and it made this make so much sense

LOL School of Mines is a STEM research university. It has nothing to do with mining besides its location and its history of /owning/ mines. You don't study to become a miner there, I'm sure that person just Googled mining school and said the first thing. A lot of my peers studied there

I can't believe I subscribed 6 and a half years ago. This channel had less than 100 K subscribers. Maybe not even 50 K. And now? Almost half way to 1,5 M? Wow. Just wow!
