[About This Video] In this video, we simultaneously organized the belongings of a father who died alone and a grandmother who was in a nursing home, both in a house in Osaka Prefecture. While discussions about closing down a family home and cleaning up are ideally held while the parents are still in good health, many cases involve the surviving family members assuming full responsibility due to sudden loss.

The scene in this video was discovered after a call from a welfare officer. It had been three days since the death, creating an extremely tense situation for the family. Eevee's 10 staff members were able to resolve issues that would have been difficult to resolve on their own, including: ・How to dispose of the large amount of belongings ・Searching for valuables and mementos ・Consider the neighbors

The second half of the video covers "tips for sorting garbage" for those who are about to begin cleaning out their family home, as well as "the importance of an end-of-life note (the risk of leaving it blank)" as discussed by bereaved families. We hope this video will be helpful for those who are unsure about cleaning out their family home or choosing a company to organize their belongings.
