Loved the movie. You must see it. Uber ( Odin) was so good. He deserves an Oscar. It will make you cry at the end.

Yes it was an amazing film, a heart wrenching story of absolute trust, loyalty and best buddies. The bond between man and dog is something special. The dog, Odin is super photogenic and close up shots of his eyes incredible. The fact that these two are recovering from their traumatised past coming to terms with their past nightmares in a place of peace and beauty and then disaster strikes. Award winning (for the dog :medal-yellow-first-red:) I hope. Well done!

That howl that came from Odin was so moving (no spoiler alert) but wait for it.

Why put two clips of J K Simmons talking to someone but we don’t hear what he says and there’s absolutely no reference to h8m in this clip? Weird.

I have a German Shepherd, he’s three now, we did some scent and bite work with an FBI trainer and a police trainer when he was a puppy, I decided though I was doing all that for me and not for him, (plus, turns out it’s expensive, lol..) so we stopped that, he’s just as happy being on “couch patrol.” I’m really hoping there’s not a surge in backyard breeders trying to make a buck by badly breeding these fantastic dogs just cause ppl see a movie..they really are fantastic animals, and worth protecting the breed. Don’t breed these wonderful spirits into bodies that are susceptible to hip dysplasia or elbow problems, or other physical ailments that cause them constant pain and shorter lives..and if you do want to buy a puppy, expect to pay at least 3K, and you must make sure the parents have been genetically screened and medically certified in hips, knees, elbows etc. The 500-700 dollar puppies are very likely to have problems later in life. It’s sad, and I’d adopt them all just because they need homes too, but supporting the ethical and responsible breeders will make sure the breed stays healthy for the future.
