We are starting to see autumn colors across Detroit

Sucks that North Corktown is severed from Michigan Ave by I75. I could totally see these neighborhoods being filled back in again though, the backdrop of Michigan Central gives it a lot of character.

I just don’t get why all these new builds are stopping at four floors. Would love to see some height!

It would be nice if the City-State-Feds had a program that would offer grants/low interest loans to repair existing long term homeowners in these areas.

It’s cool to see more development but YUCK to the cheap, quick-produced contemporary architecture. Looks so depressing :/
