great  knowledge buddy

Say that to Levan.

As an arm wrestler, I would say if both guys have close level of technique, it’s 80-90% strength in different muscle groups for each section of your technique, such as pronation, cupping, rising and bicep and side pressure back pressure etc, but when the opponent doesn’t know technique it’s 50% strength and 50% technique, even a person with no technique can have a strong wrist and make it hard for you to win hand control fully

I sub very underrated channel 💯💯💪

This video is some of the best arm wrestling training I've seen on YouTube!

Secret 9.  Exploding Hand Technique
You should ask Mr. Todd to explain that.  Cobra Rhondes beat a lot of much bigger and stronger men using it.  Cobra broke a guy's thumb.

Good Information 👍💪💪

During an arm wrestling match I would always twist my opponents wrist away from mine. I never lost a match.

The real answer is John have impresive isometric power.💪😉

It is exactly the "strength" that wins in arm wrestling... You have "strength" in various directions, and, if you have it in the directions required in ar wrestling, you win!

John is undeniably the G.O.A.T., but to be fair, Cleve had stepped away from the sport for years when he tried to make a comeback against John. Cleve later admitted he wasn't fully ready.

When Cleve was younger and in his prime, he was armwrestling steady, and rarely lost a match throughout the 1980s!  As great as John was, I doubt he would have defeated a prime Cleve Dean!  Some armwrestling insiders feel Levan would have lost to a much larger Cleve if both could have wrestled in their primes!

choose a technique in which you are comfortable and practice in it,   importantly the bitter truth is you need patience because the progress requires more practice , recovery, pull with differnt people and use techniques correctly...

But what if your opponent has seen this video, too ?

Abduction and pronation strength are the main priorities

Very good way to broke you're shoulder socked

Un luchador de brazos hizo el experimento con su hermano o conocido, y se sabían todas las técnicas y por más que el otro sabía todo eso no podía moverlo porque era más fuerte, la fuerza si importa en la lucha de brazos

That is not entirely correct. In arm wrestling, a combination of strength and technique is crucial. Proper technique is important, but so is strength - the power behind the technique. If someone has developed both to a good or very good level, he could one day become a champion.

This is SUPERFICIAL KNOWLEDGE. Strength (aka muscle) always matters is sport. In arm wrestling we use mainly arm muscle. And it is still not general arm muscle. The muscle activated when doing arm wrestling specifically relies on the technique being used. For example when we doing top roll, we use mainly brachioradialis, brachialis, a little biceps brachii, pronator, palmary flexor, and flexor digitorum muscle. Others hand muscle like triceps, and supinator muscle are not hardly used in this technique. But it's different if we use other techniques such as hook, side press, back press, shoulder press, etc.

There are several reason why jhon brzenk could annihilated other bigger armwrestlers. 1) He has far bigger specific arm muscle that being used on his technique 2) His enemies has worse table iq/knowledge to use their muscle appropriately 3) big guy doesn't mean having a lot of pure amount of muscle, it could be just a mass of fat 4) brzenk has a thick arm bones, especially his wrist circumference relative to his body size, and it boosts his anatomical advantage in this sport

The father of arm wrestling

Pronation, Backpressure and cupping it's the only way
