Gonna look good...... when I saw that flathead, a few years ago bought a lot of motors that had 6 or 7 flattys, stands, figures etc.... used them in builds and dioramas.... Always cool to see your projects..... Later Weasel...
that 32 looks sweet, if you notice also the AMT 32 5 window is also sectioned all the kits are, its just how they designed the kit, I personally haven't built an AMT 32 since we got the revell, but i like where your going with this one, can't wait to see another cool build
Surprisingly, regarding the scale issue, the AMT and Revell kit bodies are Very close. The AMT is famously, a sectioned body. But they are virtually interchangable. The chassis are Not. They are different lengths. I swapped the AMT 32 Vicky body on to the Revell chassis/fender. As an upgrade on the old 'IRON LADY' box art. The reverse swap works just as well. The Revell 32 5-window drops back on to the AMT chassis/fender with one slight modification. I cut the lower body molding off, and replaced it with evergreen strip, to make up for the original kits sectioning. Can't use the hood sides. Use the hood that matches the body because the AMT cowl is flattened out a bit. I really like the look of that little beauty, can't wait to see what you do with it Tommy, I always enjoy your builds. I am in awe of how quickly you work and keep the quality 1st Rate.👍
