Animagraffs is amazingly thorough and go to incredible lengths in their research, so I'm certain they consulted someone working in the industry for the more specific details and terminology. You providing additional info probably means the world to them.
the beautiful thing about animagraffs is he has stated he is actually "just" an artist, who does some really in-depth research on every topic he covers. in addition to being a nuclear power enthusiast, i am also an aviation enthusiast, and have found his videos on that topic to be very accurate as well!
Animagraffs is one of my favorite channels on youtube. I had a smile the entire time while watching the video, that rarely happens nowadays on youtube.... I love it when people are passionate, and when they are able to share it in such an incredible way it makes me really happy. Aside from the research, he makes all his models himself. He makes a seperate video in a lot of cases where he showcases the process of making the models. Worth a watch anyway but for you the plant modelling can be specifically interesting.
Jake goes through great details with everything he does. The one I was most impressed with, was his breakdown on Union Pacific Big Boy steam locomotive. If he didn't fully know how something worked, he then speculated on how it could work.
I can't wait for part 3! I enjoyed the original video so much, but your added commentary and appreciation of what he did in his video just makes it even better.
@13:00 The thing I love the most about @tfolsenuclear is that Tyler has a way of bringing both Geeks and Nerds together in a way that has no educational or experience bias as long as the facts are correct. This hasn't been accomplished peacefully in years.
BONUS my 2 absolute favorite content creators EVER! As if ANIMAGRAPHS wasn't enough on its own, it's even better to have the extra details discussed and with analysis too.... YAY!
To my knowledge, Animagraffs (Jake O'Neal) has no nuclear engineering background. In his videos (Q&A-like and another describing his YT work, like behind the scene) he showed all the research and learning involved in creating each video. His dedication is awesome, so I'm not surprised, that this video is also very detailed. I really recommend watching all his videos, especially the one about the Hoover Dam.
