If you are afraid the large pepper grounds will burn, use a medium to fine ground pepper. I guarantee that if you use salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic powder, your beef game is going to improve greatly.
Wish I was back down to 241lbs brother. 6’1”, bloated to 335lbs, back down to 280lbs, will be working hard to get down to your weight by November when I go to the Caribbean. Lost my “Yoke” a while back, admire yours!! Miss my old Marine Corps days of being in shape, ready to conquer! You’re inspiring my 63 year old ass!!! My “Widow maker” heart attack literally killed me on the table, 90 more seconds they wouldn’t have been able to save me, but thats no excuse for getting this heavy, nor my 5 knee surgeries, 2 spinal surgeries where they removed and replaced my spinal disks and caged them in place, etc. You’re so motivated, love it!! Semper Fi Bro!! Just found your channel, definitely a new subscriber!!! Keep it up!!
Great video you were cracking me up! I'm in the same boat as you, well the boat might sink, but I'm also about 50 pounds overweight, I love beer. The eggs look fantastic, every time my Wife makes scrambled eggs she overcooks them and they are rubbery. Ahhhh! You need to get some battery operated spice grinders, I fricking love them. You can adjust the coarseness which is beautiful. I'm not a huge ketchup guy I would put some A1 on that burger.
Do the sausage / hamburger first and just keep it warm, the eggs won't go cold then. Add salt to the beaten egg mixture first, they'll taste better rather than adding it when done.
I got up to over 340 lbs by my mid 30s... then got down to 220, back up to 280 for several years, and now I'm at 180 and still going down, and this is because of a (mostly) carnivorous diet... hopefully this past year has been kind to you, and you're enjoying better health thanks to great recipes like this!
I love scrappy eggs for dinner! Last night I used just butter, black pepper, Philly Cream Cheese, and crumbled a smoked salmon filet into it. Excellent! Love your show!
