As of a patch today (8/7/25), using damage control abilities no longer increases your reload time.

I had no idea Damage controls Increased Reload times so Busy Looking down the aiming Scope I always thought it was because my ammo elevator had been hit or I had run out of my Current shell stockpile. That 100% was the Number1 takeaway from this. Thank you
