I miss when everyone would just randomly combust into thin air after something as simple like bumping against a wall.

You know, 24 years later, these episodes still don't fail to make me crack up. The timing of jokes, the delivery, the writing, it was all stellar.

The fact there’s a meme every 30 seconds shows how iconic this show is

@Weenee-be9jh 2 years ago

You know a show was good when you remember something from every one of its episodes

As a someone who grew up in Texas, yes we absolutely love that episode. When I lived in Missouri for awhile I would literally sing that sandy song when I got homesick

Bubble Bass's ridiculous order actually makes sense if you understand diner slang. For instance a double triple bossy is 6 patties, axle grease would be butter and "make it cry" means extra onions.

32:32 SHE HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE ABOUT TO PLAY IN HER FACE 😭

"You forgot the pickles!" and "FUTUREEEE" should have been memes.

The addition of a meme counter was strangely satisfying because I don’t know any of the SpongeBob memes

15:49 I loved Squiddy defending Spongebob

23:04 I was today years old when I realized the music that plays when he says "Hall Moniter" is the last few notes of the brass intro to "Sweet Victory"

1:02:09 The way Mr Krabbs says "Do you think this is a problem?" is both hilarious and genuinely terrifying.

@av3nger3 2 years ago

Mermaid Man saying "EVIL!" should be a meme. Pretty sure it is actually?

33:53 I'm horrified and impressed

@samrose8275 2 years ago

It’s pretty iconic that we got a lot of the memes from season 1 😂

@katysikkema 2 years ago

You know you’re a true SpongeBob fan when you know the exact episode every meme is from 😂

dude referred to Squidward as "this dude." I can't believe there are people who didn't watch SpongeBob growing up. He's just apart of the universe.

The bit from Rock Bottom with the vending macchine, and his hand on the candy bar mimicking the gas pedal, is honestly one of the most clever visual gags I've ever seen to this day. Whomever came up with that should be very proud.
