I like how in the first episode they have a magical keyboard that can will literally anything into happening yet they didn't think to just use it to fix the wall

i remember watching the pilot air for the first time as a kid and they definitely said "pissed" and "Hell". They literally aired the first episode  on cartoon network uncensored

You know who else binged Regular Show season one?

Fun fact about the cologne attracting unicorns:
Unicorns are traditionally attracted to virgins

They did say “hell” and “pissed” atleast in the first airing, had to be there I guess. Funny that CN just merked that edit from the internet

so, the regular show was originally intended to be an adult show on adult swim, but CN had changed it to be on their actual programming since they already needed another show to fit the time, they needed to drag out their channel all the way till Adult Swim. They already had adventure time and gumball they were just missing one more show to fit in-between and they convinced the creator of Regular show that if he could censor his first few episodes they could test to see if people enjoyed it. The first few episodes were supposed to have f bombs and curse words all throughout but got slightly censored when it aired and fully censored on DVD and reruns. hints because there is no uncensored version to be found anywhere. CN got a little backlash for leaving a s bomb in the first episode though, so they kept it fully PG after that.

Benson is genuinely the most chill boss you’ll ever come across, he just always gets stuck with stupid people that drive him crazy 🤣

32:58 As someone who has worked both in the fast food industry and the meat industry, they are SUPPOSED to have a button you can press on the other side of the door in case you get locked in but sometimes management will cheap out and get a one sided door that you're supposed to prop open ... completely defeating the purpose of having a freezer if nothing will stay frozen

The show is not actually censored in Australia and New Zealand. If any cartoon show is censored in the US you can pretty much guarantee it is not censored in Australia and New Zealand

4:54 he said pissed lmao 🤣 the og airing had it and needless to say hearing pissed on day time cartoon network was weird 😅

Regular Show is one of those shows that grows up with the audience.

I really like the "we BINGED season" section ❤

0:00 The Power
8:46 Just Set Up the Chairs
15:30 Caffeinated Concert Tickets
22:38 Death Punchies
29:31 Meat Your Maker
38:56 Grilled Cheese Deluxe
44:09 The Unicorns Have Got to Go
48:53 Free Cake
58:00 Prank Callers
1:05:30 Don
1:12:17 Rigby's Body
1:17:03 Mordecai and the Rigbys

It's interesting how hard Mordecai and Rigby flip in terms of dynamic; Rigby is a fully functional adult by the end

5:49 that’s true, 15 years ago Regular Show was uncensored when it first came out and it’s true you had to be there during the time it aired on Cartoon Network and when it was on Demand it was still uncensored, much later on it became censored which sucked.

FREE CAKE FREE CAKE

Pops had his own little short between commercials on cartoon network back in the early 2000s. It was about lollipops.

18:16 you're half right they're groundskeepers and pops IS rich atleast his dad Mr maellard(the park owner) is.

They’re called “Groundskeepers”. Not sure what that means exactly but, that’s what every description of the show calls Mordecai and Rigby’s job.

16:22 Female cardinals are brown, she supposed to be a robin but that’s not what they look like
