Hey y'all! I should make it abundantly clear that I do not consider myself some kind of authority on Skyrim at ALL (as made obvious by this video). I'm just a huge fan of this game and it's atmosphere and wanted to make a video talking about it.
I honestly did not expect this video to get this much notice out of the gate. Thank you SO much for all of the kind words and comments, it really means a lot ♥️
Just wanted to clear up something that I've been seeing a lot in the comments that I actually agree with:
After really taking a step back, I realize that these aren't necessarily the "Least Visited" places, but more of the "Least Liked" places. The least visited places would obviously be much more obscure, hard to reach locations that might even require some "Skyrim mountain climbing" to get to. The initial idea for this video came about when I was thinking of the places in Skyrim that are right under our noses but a lot of us don't engage with. Not necessarily places that people never found. I should've made that more clear in the intro.
Either way, I'd LOVE to do more videos like this exploring the ACTUAL least visited places in the game and just feeling the vibes/atmosphere Skyrim creates.
If you have any super secret places that you love going to, leave them as a reply to this comment and I might feature it in the next video!
EDIT: Also, to people saying I never found Half-Moon Mill before misconstrued my wording. I was specifically talking about the quaint little fishing spot behind their hut and in my most recent playthrough I haven't done, or planned on doing, the Dark Brotherhood questline yet. I have obviously been there in my previous playthroughs, I just never really stopped to look out over the lake and soak in the atmosphere. Harkening back to my bear/shirt example early in the video.
