You know what's one of the things I absolutely love about Matt? His burning obsession with determining whether a game uses the royalty-free pot smashing sound effect or not. I find it really charming and, after years of hearing him be on the lookout for it, I've started it doing it, too.

Who needs nunchuks in Ninja Gaiden when you got that VIGOORIAN FLAIL?!

"Your clan is in danger!"
"Oh, you mean like every time?"

we need a ninja gaiden legacy collection that has every version of every game. Sigma and not Sigma, regular 3 and Razor's Edge, hell even Dragon Sword but not forcing you to use bad touch screen controls. Even include Yaiba if you want

Cool masked ninja man who battles other monster/demon ninja while saving a busty blonde secret agent woman? Isn't this just that TRIGGER show Ninja Slayer?

I feel like the performance improvements may kill one of the most unintentionally badass moments in the game. Where late game Ryu fights like 30 guys while ascending a staircase. Which totally killed the frame rate in the best way imaginable.

Oh my God yes! My childhood, thanks so much Matt!

Last time I was this early, Liam was a rising super star

Matt playing one of my favorite games, this day is gonna be alright.

More talking about Momiji here, if even in snippets.  Like, I need to support you

I need you to make a Momiji focused video so everyone can learn about how awesome she is lmao.  If I pledge on Patreon, will you be able to do that?

yes. swallowed is a great video series.

Holy cow what a coincidence. Was watching NG2 stuff yesterday because I missed this game so much

Possibly the greatest Game of all time.

"Brings Ryu back to life... Wake me up." Kills me. RIP.

Alexei ruler of lightening

This game is worth playing alone for the endless izuna drops
God, this game is so fucking tight

Beautiful game I just beat 1 and 2 last year, we don't speak of the third game tho....

Matt you missed the claws :(

"Ninja Gaiden should probably come back...just sayin' " Matt with perhaps the understatement of the century there 😊

i love that  ninja gaiden's name is Ryu but his dad's name is Joe which I also love 😁😁
Anyone else realize how strong Joe is...cause genshin is armed to the teeth & Joe is in pajamas & genshin STILL couldn't kill him
