I used the mirror to curb check on my old 1982 W126 280se. It worked with the electric passenger side and the manual drivet sidemirror

Press and hold the air-recirculating button and all windows incl the sunroof will close automatically when they are open. Then when press and hold again they open back up in their previous position.

Teacher: "Where's the kicker class!?🧑🏽‍🏫
Reply as the class:

I just learned today.

Love it 👏🏾

Anyone know where the kicker is?

If I took a shot everytime I hear “Here’s the kicker,” my liver would shrivel up to the size of a pea.

Secret #3: 10 tanks of fuel is still less then a mercedes starter. The fuel saved is negligible!

hmmm.. what about auto lower windows when outside the car?

1) WHEN REVERSING, you don't need to manually angle mirrors down.  My 2018 does this automatically when you put it in reverse, and it comes back up when taking it out of reverse.  Presume later models do this also.    2) Stop-start - don't use it - it will kill your turbo - when your engine stops, it also stops the oil circulating and denies lubrication to the turbo, which, due to spinning so rapidly, takes some time to stop spinning - when no oil is being circulated, this massively increases turbo wear.

8:16 You're carrying groceries, a coffee and whatever it is in both hands. If you can touch the handle then, with that same free hand, you can retrieve the key fob. No? 🤔🤷

So anyone can open the door if I am close by..

Guys, i think this is what they don't tell us...

Some of these are good tips, not all are secrets, just common sense .

Normal functions.

“But here’s what they don’t tell you” 🙄

Seriously !  manual side mirror ? Every car has it 😂

Isnt some of these features on cars like Nissans?

I don't have a keyless start engine button, I have to use the key (2014 C class AMG line) so I assume there is no "hold" facility on my Merc?

My 2014 CLS holds just by hard pressing on the brake pedal. There is no button on the central console. Auto on climate change is bloody common sense. Climate control doesn’t switch on heated seats.

Do not remove the battery. You may need to recalibrate multiple systems.

Don’t you just hate those touch screens. Give me old fashioned switches and knobs every time.

Many of these features are model specific.
