HELLO ORBITS!!! SORRY THIS ARRIVED SO LATE! I originally planned to post our Loossemble and ARTMS reactions the same day MONTHS ago, so I feel like I owe an explanation for the delay:

Since none of our recently hired editors have edited a “vs” (2 song) reaction video before, I wanted to take on the task of editing both reactions myself. This would equal up to 100 hours of editing for me. But I was passionate to get these videos out at the same time, until, I damaged my external hard drive that had all my Loossemble editing progress on it (that was the reaction video I had started with/had the most editing done on). Then interviews and family stuff came up and took up the rest of my time, so I finally admitted to myself this was a challenge I could not undertake alone and gave one of my editors the Loossemble reaction to edit while I continued my ARTMS edits. Sorry the visual edits in this video are so minimal, I wanted to get this reaction out ASAP since you all have been already waiting so long for it.

Our reactions to Loossemble’s Sensitive, Girl’s Night and maybe even TTYL will be released later this month! I aim to release Yves & CHUU reactions as well! Hope you had fun watching this reaction and look forward to our upcoming LOONA related content <3 - Umu

Virtual Angel is needed

nothing in kpop reactiondom (is that a word?) will ever beat when a reacttotkek reactor just plays what they just heard on the piano

Genuinely miss the days when we had the 2 song reactions

birth is one of the most interesting songs i've heard in a WHILEEEE

Not to be insufferably defending Birth from any and all criticism, but I do wonder if the ones who didn't get it would have benefited from knowing the lyric content, which has so much emphasis on illusion, delirium, not trusting memories, it really supports the unsettling and jarring construction of the song itself

obsessed with the description of the melancholic, uncomfortable & alien content of the Birth MV as "girl stuff." that's the realest shit i've heard today. 👏👏👏

artms really are doing something new in kpop. they are like early loona in the best way possible, which makes sense since they have said they will be continuing/evolving that sound.

I absolutely love the artistic creativity in BIRTH. It has to be one of my favorite songs ARTMS has released alongside Virtual Angel.

These songs are like impressionistic paintings 😊 They make my ears buzz in a good way

ARTMS debut album is just unbelievably cool. That’s just an insane way to (re)debut. Also, Air has ODD EYE CIRCLE’s Air Force One chorus’ melody 😁 like, they brought everything together

artms is so ahead of the curve i know they will be big

Never clicked on a video as fast as I did with this one 😭

You were on point with the Neoclassical Darkwave comparison! Birth is like a K-Pop answer to This Mortal Coil.

5:48 yeah of course
Best album of the year, best LOONA-related album since [x x], also DALL has probably my favorite b-side from non-OT12 LOONA (Distress). A lot of groups have done horror-ish concepts, and obviously that's Pixy's whole thing, but musically and visually, Birth is really in a league of its own.

5:49 YOU GET IT

The moment I first listened to Birth, I said that it would be great for your channel to react to it due to the intricate details and unique arrangements featured in this song. Thanks for letting that happen.

The break in musical analysis with "ARTMS is for the girls and gays" is so real lmao

This is the first time I heard 'Birth' and it reminds me of jpop soundtracks from utopian genre anime back then like Departure by EGOIST in Guilty Crown. It's a jarring sounds but paints a unique picture overall

1:54 DID KEVIN JUST PLAY ICARUS
