Like Loona's lore, the Artms story from Birth > Virtual Angel > Icarus is linked to Paradise Lost, where Lucifer is banished to hell with fallen angels and then seeks revenge from God.  Alternate reality, revenge, fight for freedom etc are common themes in their lore.  Artms's Icarus story is also linked to the members' personal experiences with their previous company BBC.

i also kept repeating "that's ridiculous" throughout this mv, and in the best way possible. ridiculously good.

The choreography emphasizes that they all are one girl but in the end, they split off while the lyrics say "reborn like a phoenix wing" to form a half-moon and end up forming a single wing because they are not complete.

I’m still thinking about how insanely consistently the members had to execute the dance, syncing their floor positions, limb angles, head position, and timings whenever the video producers wanted to cut between the members. The whole team had to be firing on all cylinders to pull this off as seamlessly as they did.

The missing girl is one of the five girls who were imitating the members in the Virtual Angle MV when they were the ones in the TV. Heejin also had luggage in the Birth MV, like what Jinsoul was carrying her armor in here, but she ran into the glowing woman before she was ready. I'm still not quite sure what happened to Heejin but based on the last scene of the cinematic version, it wasn't anything good.

Jess and Loona my two worlds colliding

The chreo for liveshows is different from the choreo for the mv, so i doubt we will ever get to see the full choreo of individuals, but the "live" choreo is good too and it maches the vibe, just less dramatic

Girl, I'm as lost as you when it came to the lore in this video 😭. I actually had to dig through my youtube searches just to find your reaction to this because I never realized I never subscribed!

actually if you look closely, Choerry changes to Jinsoul at 14:24, Jinsoul is the one looking at her hands and then as she spins she goes back to being Choerry and then back to being Jinsoul but now she's clearly shown to us, there are many of these subtle switches where there's no close up of their faces to indicate to us that they switched, and if you pay attention to the choreo and their expressions as well as movements some of the times they switch, it's like they're thrusted into control of the body and are confused in a way, while others it's like two are fighting for control and keep switching back and forth, like a swarm of birds fighting for the lead of the Murmuration as the dance and swarm shape as well as direction keeps changing, fighting for control, while aiming for a goal but each with their own way to reach it but they can't do so alone and so they struggle as they reach for the sky, as they yearn for their wings, as they aim to once more take up to the skies...

I just discovered your channel.....happy to see another ORBIT/OURI! Those transitions weren't just amazing......the level of work needed to edit basically every frame pixel by pixel is mind numbing to think about if you consider what they basically have to do is film it separately then stack the 2 files on top of each other and then go pixel by pixel/frame by frame (if this was shot in 2160p that's like 4 million pixels per frame) and do it so well that it appears SEAMLESS. What MODHAUS is basically letting ARTMS do and the areas they're going to is very cool. Most companies wouldn't let groups go all out art like this but they definitely think outside the box in everything (from concepts, to financing, to promotions, etc etc). Don't know if you're familiar with their other group TripleS but given that groups success it's very cool to see a company just push boundaries and not play it safe. The LOONA girls are pretty special (a quick glance at your videos and I see you've reacted to a lot of their stuff). Im just happy Jaden Jeong is letting these girls cook however they want and giving them the resources to do it even if they're not commercially successful). If you watch any content with the girls and their CEO, you can just tell he adores them

the Journey!!!.... the creativity... the ART..... THE QUEENS!!!

I spent WAY too long going frame by frame (so even more than what you were doing going half speed) trying to find the transitions lol

just INSANE!!!! i love LOOOONAA!!!

The Loona marathon you've mentioned.. Is it on Patreon?

Hyundai is a korean brand car so maybe some favouritism 😂

Still waiting for your born stunner reaction....
