This home is located in the Village of Lake View and sits on a premium golf-course lot with a water view. And let me tell you—the view from the back of this house is pretty incredible! ⛳️

The homeowner takes us through the house and shows us all of the things he upgraded during the building process.

So we came back with a little blooper at the end to talk about what this home actually cost, including the premium lot and approximately $90,000 in upgrades. The final number came in at roughly $860,000.
