In this tour, we'll take a close look at the home, including:
🏡 The Designer home floor plan and front porch
🚗 The oversized 3-car garage and golf cart garage
🍳 Upgraded kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink, and lighting
🪵 Upgraded flooring throughout the home
🚪 Upgraded front door and interior trim
🛁 Bathroom tile, sinks and other upgrades
🧺 Laundry room and storage options
📺 TV mounting and wiring
🌴 The lanai and plans for future outdoor improvements
🛏️ Master bedroom, guest rooms and closets
💰 Actual upgrade prices and which upgrades they decided to skip
One of the most interesting parts of this tour is hearing the homeowners explain why they chose certain upgrades—and why they decided to save money on others and do some of the work themselves.
The home is located close to Center Lake, giving them a great location as well as a beautiful new home.
IMPORTANT: Prices, options, upgrades, and availability in The Villages can change. The prices mentioned in this video are based on what these homeowners were quoted or paid for their home and upgrades and should not be considered current pricing for every home or model. See www.TheVillages.com for info.
A huge THANK YOU to Ann Marie and Joe for opening up their brand-new home and sharing all of this information with us. Hopefully, their experience will help anyone considering building or buying a new home in The Villages.
