In all the years I have been riding, I have never seen a fork replacement completed with my own eyes. Absolutely brilliant. I can see you are a new channel and will spread the word as I am sure a lot of new riders as well as old will appreciate the deep dive and step by step process at its finest.
Keep up the good work and God bless. 👍🏿

Absolutely awesome job from start to finish.
Bike runs like an absolute dream.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

You did not mention about fork oil
And level

Insulating tape around the area where the fork bush sits, to avoid damaging the seal lips.

Hi, need to know the quantity of fork oil used per fork.

How did you fill it with oil?

What failed exactly and did you just clean all the old parts and install them again?

What part of the country are you from 🤔

Nice vid - But bolts not torqued to the correct settings? Or have you got a calibrated arm? 😉

What called of the blue special tools?

What sort of price would this have cost please?

Great video. After you finished the assembly and you spun the front wheel, is it normal for there be resistance like that without any brake applied?
