13 year old video. Best and clearest explanation I've found on the inter webs. Thank you for the great vid.

It’s 2026 thanks for giving me the lessons.
Will be doing this on my 1990 very soon.
And then on my 1986 .

Best walk-through video out there! I rebuilt forks today for the first time, new stanchions, springs etc and this video made it a walk in the park. Thanks a lot Jim, saved me a few quid :)

If Carlsberg did "How To" videos - it would be this one!

It was just after 3:46 that I knew this guy's a real mechanic.

Best bike maintenance video I've watched. Good humour and very informative and in depth explanation on air gaps. Subscribed. Keep up the good work.

Really a fantastic video, and a gift for those of us who want to learn to do things right. Very professional, informative, and fun. Thank you.

The camera man almost forgot that he learned to "always wash off his pole in petrol before putting it in". First time I've ever seen this channel. Excellent video and funny too.👍🏽🤠 8/17/23

I'm just about to do this on my 1989 CBR600F. Getting the front and rear axles out required a drift and a hammer!. Yours just slid out. Fortunately, my son is a motorcycle mechanic so I will hand the forks over to him and he can do the rest.

Fantastic "how to" James. I've always been a bit scared to tackle my FJ1200 forks, even reading the manual still left me unsure. After watching your video, everything is crystal clear now, great job.!

What a fantastically detailed video that helped me to change the fork seals on my 1988 GSXR 750. A big thank you to both of you, you make a good team. Benjy is a very astute cameraman and adds a touch of great humour.
