The Strong Woman Myth: Why You Don’t Have to Do It All Alone | Excellence vs. Perfection Ep. 3

Have we confused being independent with biblical strength? Let's explore what Scripture says about true, God-given power.
In Episode 3 of Excellence, Not Perfection, we are rethinking the common idea that a strong woman must be entirely self-sufficient. We will look at 2 Corinthians 12:9 to understand how God defines true capacity and why our weaknesses are not failures to be hidden, but opportunities for grace.
Along with our Bible study, we will practice a visible mending technique in our journals. By layering pages and notes, we create a visual reminder that we do not have to hide our needs. This session is designed for Christian women who want to stop proving they need no one and instead focus on knowing exactly Whom they need.
Join the conversation below and let me know: which is hardest for you to admit—that you need help, that you were wrong, or that you cannot control a situation?
