Bro added his image as if we wouldn't notice 😭😭😭

I think the video could have been one step : Don't do steroids. XD

Bro making it seem like its easy to get jacked lol. Don't worry, even if you try chances you will get jacked like a bodybuilder by accident are very slim

It you dont do gear you won't look like them. Just keep yourself lean. I lost 40 lbs in the last year trying to get more athletic. Played sports multiple times a week. It worked I look a lot younger and healthier. Clothes look better

yeah. B is more practical

Totally agree. Be fighting fit.

All the bodybuilders shown are on steroids. You wont look like that if you are natural and normal dude who goes to the gym, unless you want to become a professional natty bodybuilder or train really well for at least 5-7 years.

What bogus, gym delts and gym pecs are the same thing. Athletic bod comes from athletic living.

I agree that athletes usually look better than most bodybuilders, but I also think it’s difficult for 90% of normal people to train too much to become a bodybuilder. So just keep benching — you’ll be totally fine and probably look even better.

Agree with not wearing one size smaller clothing to show off your physique, that’s not a good look

I like this philosophy. Everyone's different, but this mindset of physique and fitness resonates with me. Thanks for making this!

not one of wanhees better video concepts

Brilliant video

Aa an Egyptian, I'm feeling proud that Mo Salah's photo is on this video's thumbnail so thank you for doing that 🥰

I need something between A and B

weird observation at 01:20 but are you wearing a longer size shoe

One time I was on a call with Wanhee… I said hey “Wane”

Because autocorrect

And he was like “come on man” 😅😂😂😂

i think A images are mostly on 'roids, not so much of training like a bodybuilder.
though, i highly favour compound exercises as wanhee mentioned.

to me, whichever exercises you pick, consistency in one's diet & progession in strength over time will change one's physique.
and, stay natty !

7.20 😂😂
