Today is a special day — my birthday, and I decided to celebrate it by running a distance equal to my age. 34 kilometers of pure joy, endurance, and reflections on life, travel, and change.

In this video, I run through the scenic routes of Malta, share my experience as a digital nomad, and compare who I am today with who I was four years ago.

What you will learn in this video:

Long-distance running: How to prepare, what to bring with you (spoiler: sugar water), and how to choose running shoes.

Malta through a runner's eyes: Why this island reminds me of Cyprus, but with its own unique infrastructure and traffic challenges.

Digital Nomad Life: Two different worlds — constant travel versus a settled life in Croatia.

Personal transformations: How my perception of distance, weight, and general well-being has changed over the last few years.

This isn't just a workout; it's a candid conversation about how, at 34, you can feel healthier and more stress-free than at 30.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this video format! Have you ever been to Malta, or are you planning a trip? Share your impressions in the comments! 👇

And don't forget to wish me a happy birthday and subscribe to the channel! 🎂🏃‍♂️
