"Who are you doing this for? To prove the haters wrong? Nobody hates you."
more people need to internalize this

"Start before you are ready" really needed to hear that

I'm 13 minutes and 37 seconds from getting my shit together

5:43 just remember, not choosing to act is the biggest choice. You are choosing to stay what you are right now. You are actively choosing to stay what you hate being.

This comment section probably won’t remember me, but maybe someone scrolling needs this. A few months ago I hit a wall. Nothing made sense. I bought Manifest the Unseen by Luna Rivers after seeing it here on yt. I had no expectations. But chapter by chapter, it broke something open in me. Not motivation — momentum. Wishing that for you too.✨❤

‘to prove the haters wrong? nobody hates you’ so real for that😭

The “Tell no one” rule is spot on. After being a binge drinking alcoholic for close to a decade, I quit one day and told no one. I felt like it was so important to me that it needed to stay with me until I had a better grip on my life. A co worker of mine asked why I had lost so much weight and I told her I cut out alcohol- the next day she showed me a TikTok that she made, and it was her dumping all of her alcohol into the sink with a caption about how she’s changing her life, and she doesn’t need to use alcohol as a crutch anymore. The moment I saw it, I knew that it was an attention seeking bit, and was disingenuous. The post was flooded with praise and compliments…she continued coming into work hungover, reeking of alcohol, and puking in the restroom until she was sent home. I feel like that  was one of the reasons why she didn’t actually quit. 2 years later and I’m still rooting for her ❤

The truth about working out is that getting your shoes on and getting out of the front door is the hardest part

Joey’s easily my favorite motivational YouTuber to tell me not to watch motivational YouTubers

If you regularly feel mentally overloaded even when nothing major is happening, Clara Hartley’s anxiety quiz might help you understand what keeps triggering that response.

“Just doing the better thing instead of the worst thing is the answer to everything” is such a good line

13:34 “if Uranus was this big it would be a black hole” 💀 classic Vsauce

The best self-improvement advice I ever heard (possibly on this channel) was “today is the youngest you will ever be”. It has been honestly life changing and has been the kick up the backside I needed.

" 10:18 You think you need that motivational video you saw on TikTok and can't find now" was the moment I realized I was always looking and saving these videos and just as I did this one, but I needed to hear that.
