Great video mate, my bigger setup i run a 5-10, 5000 20lb braid. Similar setup to ya medium. Glad im close to the money

try using 65# or 80# j braid on the baitcaster, it will cast a lot easier and a but farther as well. obviously you dont need the strength but the larger diameter will give you better distance. another plus is if you backlash the line is thicker so it wont dig into the spool as badly. awesome videos, keep up the great work ❤

I'm going to Keppel Hideaway resort on Great Keppel Island for 5 days.  I have a fair selection of soft lures.  Should I take my new bait caster reel with 10lb braid and ?lb leader or just a spinning reel with the same for the crystal clear waters there.  I think that there are flatheads etc there.  Regards, Jas.  Rocky Qld.
