You don't need to move, you need to start standing up for yourselves, there's literally millions of you, do something,  fight for your rights

And that folks is why we live years longer over the pond 🇬🇧

The one she didn't mention which i think is the worst is your pork and bacon. Farmers inject pigs with a chemical called RACTOPARMINE.  This increase's the yield of meat per animal. 170 countries around the world inc. China and Russia have banned Ractoparmine because of it proven links to certain cancers. Dairy farmers also inject your cows with growth hormones which are harmful and also increase the milk yield but makes the cows udders stretch so it becomes painful for the poor animal.

Chicken washed in chlorine sounds more like a bad science project, definitely not something any human should consume

Titanium Dioxide???? In food??? WHAT?? Unbelievable!!!! As an artist, I immediately link that to paint!! That's on the shelf in a sealed jar, in my studio, amongst all the other pigments. Are you lot crazy??

ii am from the uk, i watch a lot of videos about people from america living in european countries and all have said the same thing, they feel less bloated, they loose weight even though they are eating more, there energy levels are better and that is all from eating better food with less chemicals. 6 years ago i developed bowel cancer because my diet was mainly processed food and had been for years, now i try to eat better with more fresh fruit and veg in my diet.   thanks for a great video.

The only titanium dioxide in my home is in white oil paint! Which is labelled toxic because of the titanium dioxide. I can't believe it's legally in your food.

I had driscolls strawberries multiple times this month 😟

Seems to me that U.S. food should be sold in a pharmacy and not in a grocery store 🤑

In European countries the ministries that control foods and food ingrediants is an independant office under government control.. In USA the it's FDA. name says it all, FOOD AND DRUG administration. The food industry is controlled by the huge pharmacutical companies. That makes perfect sense if you want the population addicted to foods that keep you sick.

If you watch any videos of British supermarkets you will see that our eggs are not refrigerated, they are on the shelves. The reason is that unlike America, our eggs are not put through a washing process. A natural egg has a protective coating on the shell, which naturally stops harmful bacteria entering the egg inside.
The washing removes that coating, which is why Americans have to keep their eggs in refrigerators.
By not washing, British eggs stay fresher longer, without a fridge.

I don't understand why Americans love their country - no-one cares about them. The Government, their employers, their food manufacturers, their healthcare and pharma industries - most don't even care about each other as fellow Americans. There's hatred, aggression and spite everywhere you look, there's bullet-proof backpacks for little kids, and many people arm themselves with guns for protection! It's just about the most uncaring, unloving modern country there is. Yet they love the USA - proof that propaganda works!

Tip for eating healthier in the US from someone from England who has lived in both.
America has the greatest thing....road side food stalls. The fruit and veg grown on this from a family homestead is mostly safe. They grow the food for themselves and grow extra to sell.
You have so many on farm, farm stores that you can buy meat and dairy. Talk to your local farmers make friends. Heck they may even let you barter for food or discount as in our hours in on the farm get food.

Yes your food system is terrifying. My answer is learn to cook from scratch, so 80% you eat home cooked clean food. The other %20 use at your discretion for processed food.
Your takeout favourites have dupe recipes online. Cook it at home using healthier ingredients without all the fillers and not needed chemicals. Im not saying living this way is easy.

You ask if you need to move...
Honestly at this point, if you can't actually affect change.. move.  When you feel comfortable and want to move back.. then move back.
Given that you are Youtube Content creators, (I'm sorry, I don't know your background, and whether you have other employment).if you can, try a year somewhere else, see how the rest of the world lives, how we shop, how we handle health/getting around, school, etc.
It's a scary step.. I get it.  I'm a natural Brit, but only moved to the U.K at 18, at 30 I moved to Australia, moved around a lot as a kid.
Give it a go.
What you are learning now you'll learn naturally by osmosis, any kids you have will get a more worldly education, you'll all eat better, have more free time.. You won't save up more money (unless you have health problems, or have another child, etc), but you'll live more.
And at the end of the day... you can move back.

The vast majority of Americans who actually travel abroad find they fall ill to varying degrees, depending on their diet. This is because their bodies are detoxing because it isn't getting the chemicals it craves.
Also, if you want to know what would happen if you started eating healthy food. I'll refer you to a YouTuber by the name of Red Bus Russ. He lost nine stone after moving to the UK.

Believe me everyone checks the ingredients on everything whilst shopping in the UK, once the football is on and we've had a few pints/shots - Fkn eat/drink anything!

Mike from Kington Herefordshire here Manchester originally also lived in south Wales for years. Been subscribed for a while now. I cant believe how american government don't give a crap about you eating poison. Great reaction guys.

The situation with snacks and breakfast foods for kids—loaded with crap that destroys their immune systems—is insane. It’s criminal. Just imagine how little those companies care about people's lives.

Strawberries can't cause cancer.  However, some (probably most) chemical sprays (pesticides) are carcinogenic at certain levels. These chemical sprays are used in Europe but their use is highly regulated and some are banned for normal use and need special licences for temporary use. The difference is probably the dose - widespread use at high levels will cause more cases of cancer.  The way forward should be organic farming. That's unrealistic for all crops so use should be tightly regulated.  The main issue is that US corporations lobby for deregulation and the US government is both corrupt and weak. The put the profits of donors before human health. That's what people vote for though. It's a crazy world.

I'm surprised they didn't mention azodicarbonamide: an 'ingredient' in yoga mats worldwide... and in U.S. sliced bread!

"Do we need to move?"
Yes.
Love from Amsterdam!
