To all those that keep saying this was all made for kids. This was not quite the case for the ones that were theatrical shorts. Keep in mind they were made for anyone to laugh at, kids as much as adults.

I don't know why I think the randomly pulling out a gun and blasting gags are so hilarious, but they're one of my favorite bits

Cartoons are for kids...
People who say that never stood/sat in front of a 20th century television.

We were the last generation to see uncensored looney tunes on television!!

We didn't watch ALL of this as kids. Some of these cartoons were stashed away and weren't shown on TV for obvious reasons. Some cartoons were simply cut/censored... there would be just a big jump cut with missing material that we didn't notice because we were kids.

A few of these cartoons weren't even made for a general audience, but made exclusively for adult military men... those were the Private Snafu cartoons. Snafu was the little guy who ran into the "booby trap".

1:38 Dang, they couldn’t have left in the little “meep” directly afterwards? 😂

The thing about cartoons like Looney Toons, Tom and Jerry and the old Disney stuff was when I, as a kid watched it, it was always with my dad. He would even watch anime with me in my teen to adult years.

Bruh we watched that stuff all the time and none of us actually grew up to be violent or anything like that. We were taught the good lessons and that it's ok to just let loose and be wacky sometimes. That's what I took from it. Anyone saying "you watch that, you grow up to be a killer" is so wrong, man I tell you. I'd never kill someone but I'd absolutely laugh my butt off at those. It teaches you reality's one thing butt cartoon's another. I miss it so much.
