Martin! Thank you so much for doing this with my simple sketch. It is really helpful, thank you for your kind words to me and my work. Your work inspires me every single day.

Funny to see the 2 drawings next to each other, completely different but still the same concept. I also made this door, with unstable ink and polished the shadows with a clean brush... with the result, again very different. Thanks, I enjoyed making it. With many greetings, Cijbra

The pressure of the lines you draw is always amazing🐤

This video has taught me so much about what I need to do to give my drawings a more finished look.  Here are a few things that I learned;
Draw the objects that are in front of other objects first.
Always keep the leading edge of the ink/paint wet.
Keep refining the shadows where there is a change in plane (deeper vs shallow).
Remember that ink and watercolors dry lighter.
As I watch your videos and you keep adding further depth to the shadows my head says to me "Stop, its too much" but as I see
your work drying out I say to myself "That looks beautiful".  I need to stop being afraid and keep practicing until I feel comfortable with it. Again as always, Thank you.

I like very much your drawings because you're not afraid to use black ink and it's amazing!

I followed along with this and learned so much. Thank you.

Watching the process is great, but having the process and techniques explained is fantastic.  Such an inspiration.  Thank you.

Another great video from Martin! Love your way of drawing. This is so satisfying to watch. Learn a lot from this. Thanks a lot! 😊

Wow just wow you really are an amazing artist, I have only just recently discovered your instagram and YouTube accounts, I used to draw a few years back but you sir have made me want to crack out the drawing equipment and try your style. Much appreciated take care and have a great day.

Спасибо - отличная техника!

Great tutorial! Easy to follow, step by step and I’m happy with the result ☺️
Hope for more tutorials like this!
And thanks to you Martin to try it three times while 30 degrees outside and overheated camera- you made it great for us despite it🙌🏻

Most excellent ...

Thank you very much for this inspiring video, Martin! Great that you explain it in a calm way and show how you see things and deal with them in your work! Good luck and kind regards, Anton

Thank You. Great tutorial and great inspiration.

love it! thanks for showing your process, good learning experience for me.

This is such a good idea, to draw smaller elements of architectural buldings 👌🏻mostly when feeling overwelmed by staring a bigger project (speaking for me here😅), I need to practice more and I think such exercices are great, thank you Martin! 🙏🏻

One day I hope to gain your style with inking. Thank you so much for this full lesson. I am working along with several of your videos and finally decided to also take an Archetect sketching course at Domestiika to gain more insight to your world of sketching.
