Not a beginner but unfortunately I go on an art regression every so often. This was really useful to refresh my mind a little!❤

As a beginner artist, I saw people draw faces perfectly without using those lines that help proportions and I was thinking “am i doing it the right way?”😭

2:35 Why did my brain automatically remember that episode of Spongebob teaching Squidward how to draw a circle 😭😂

2:00 As a beginner, I feel so called out on the side views because I can draw a 3/4 view and front view pretty ok but for side views I always end up drawing gorilla faces instead 😅. Like I understand how the loomis head works and all but I can't help but hate how all my side views end up looking. I'm guessing I just need more practice though.

Realizing my problem might be that I'm just using construction guidelines incorrectly, actually.

Thank you for this! This made me so happy and confident to study anatomy! I've been drawing for 6+ years but most of those years weren't anime. I am an anime artist who made good progress! God bless you!
