when Big Movie picks up your Stepford Wives adaptation you should get Slayyyter to do the soundtrack

It's crazy how long ago The Stepford Wives was made as compared to the new media exploring similar themes. I was honestly more scared of it than I was of Obsession.

yesssss finally someone is tackling AI in way i actually find interesting and relevant have my damn subscription

your channel is such a gift, i love your videos !! ♥️

Finally, an actual niche youtuber. My watch-time will BE LEGENDARY!

YAYAYAYYAA I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR VIDOES !!! Thank you for this amazing one 🌀🪻

Loved the analysis!! Never thought about the generated AI parallels in Obsession. You’re so right. Good work ☺️☺️

its wild seeing over the course of my lifetime things seeming to get better in terms of people's rights, world becoming more peaceful and people becoming smarter and more tolerant, and then swinging hard back the other way, all that seeming progress being completely undone

great video!! I really adore your channel

My favorite thumbnail yet

I love watching your videos while doing art

Another great video! 👏👏👏

i really like how the husband in the stepford wives is co opted . he wouldnt have treated her that way if it wasnt bc of the patriarchy to which he adhered.

i haven't watched obsession because of what i've heard from mostly men who've watched the movie. the grossness of men wanting a woman who is obsessed with them,  and how badly they want a one wish willow so they can have a nikki themselves. thank you for explaining it (i've been a little curious) and i love your content!!

Slightly different context, but NorthernLion's "If you can only get off to something that a machine made, then you're a traitor to the human race" keeps coming back to my mind lol.

surprised u didnt include HER in the movie selection

"The horrors of modern dating"

Women think of The Stepford Wives(1975) as a horror movie while I consider it the greatest movie of all time. Just like women consider The Princess Bride the greatest movie of all time while I consider it a horror movie. Don't get it? Just look at it from the guy's point of view. Iris was completely happy with her roll until her owner messed everything up. I want an Iris. I don't know why all of these robot wife movies have to turn homicidal(Subserviance). I guess it wouldn't be a movie otherwise.

I feel lucky and a lil validated to know no one who engages with an ai romantically.

We keep it old-school like Pygmalion.
