I went to Harrods and spent £700 on Christmas crackers, then opened them with some friends.

Thanks to Tubes, Cheap Holiday Expert, StuntPegg, Ellis Platten, Lloyd Griffith and BambinoBecky for being part of it.

You've just been robbed by Harrods 😂

I went in Harrod's in 1983. I was more impressed that their brass door accessories department was called "Knobs and Knockers" than anything that was for sale.

I’d salvage those 14 nice little jeweled velvet bows for gift wrapping. Nice 🫰

The hats look like Burger King crowns 🤣

For years now I’ve made my own crackers!
The body is made from Pringles tubes. I taylor make each one for a specific individual (name tag on them). I buy a cool gift to include (pen knife, corkscrew etc) and add a miniature bottle of alcohol (glass only) to each. I write a little personal message for each recipient along with a Christmas Day lottery ticket. Then I stuff in all the items from a cheap box of crackers and mine even go 💥 bang❗️

I’m an American who happened to be in London for my birthday on vacation. My parents took me to have tea at Harrod’s after we visited Westminster Abbey & took pictures in front of Buckingham Palace. One of my best birthday’s ever.

Butterfly is £85 in Harrods, eye mask £50 in Harrods, corkscrew and bottle stopper £68 from Le Creuset website, home spray £32 (£48 if saffron version), card holder £50+ (depending on style). Can not find info on the socks, hope this helps

I was super invested in you getting at least one!

I’m glad we can all walk away from this video knowing we are not missing out on much.

My ex-husband's aunt was rich, so we had Harrods Christmas crackers. One year I got a gold necklace and another year, I got a gold Christmas tree ornament. Not sure they're worth the money, but it's better than crappy plastic anyway.

I asked my Polish wife the admittedly good joke about what trees you can hold in your hand, and she was half-asleep and muttered the correct answer!

Winnie the Pooh's real life inspiration was a bear that was donated to the London Zoo by a Canadian serviceman in WW1. The bear was named after his home town of "Winnipeg", Manitoba.
