Welcome back to the $100 Challenge! that thing we like to do when we are feeling both frugal and masochistic at the same time!
The rules are simple. We go to a new country with $100 in bills, and we see how long that money can last.... there will be bedbugs, mold, homeless people, and some great memories!

The library here is basically just a reading room for students from the university across the street to come and study

Also you should have gone to the 10 dollar hotels in Charshiya. It was both closer and, well, it's an actual hotel.

Just a small heads-up for next time — on Sundays most standalone stores are closed except coffee shops/restourants, but all the big malls are actually open, and they all have grocery shops + exchange offices inside, plus a few burger/food places too. Kinda unfortunate you didn’t know this earlier, would’ve saved you the trouble! 😅

American library vs Macedonian is total different :) you can go in USA library they have computers internet in Macedonia you only go to library to get book and read home

To make this series less bullshit (bedbugs). You should just make it reasonable. Don't limit yourself to $100.00
Just spend a week in a country, and see how much you spent. Get rid of the hundred dollar limit.
Because it isn't reasonable to sleep with bedbugs just to not spend $22.00.

Love this series! I would recommend to exclude accommodation from the budget limit. It would make your life a lot better and you will be able to stretch more of the budget on food/exploration!
