hearing a metalhead like the song so much is such a compliment 🥹

Only a metalhead could achieve such a deep understanding of music.

As a northern Swede I totally agree with your analysis.

The most upbeat German guy I`ve seen in my life, just like this song , very different than usual 👍👍

3 min to catch the audience with beat, dance and performance. She delivered full package and won. Marvelous. Thanks for the analysis. Greetings from Germany.

Dara is a great singer, she had studied traditional Bulgarian folklore singing. And I didn't hear anybody discussing how difficult it is to dance to a song like that and sing. She runs everyday and practice singing while doing it. Absolute professional, and we are so very proud of her. Greetings from Bulgaria 🤍💚❤

Both the tempo change and the voice thing are both present in the traditional Bulgarian folklore. Good to hear we've been progressive for at least 700 years.

Many people don't like this song because it's supposedly simple. But I find it an exotic fruit on a table of ideal plastic vegetables.

By far the best reaction! Thank you!

Could you make metal cover of bangaranga? That would be so cool!

Dara originally studied Bulgarian folk singing and this half-rhythm (неравноделно пеене) and the slight pitch just before transitioning is very unique for Bulgarian folk songs.

Dara embraced the audience with love, and the audience loved her right back. Love is power! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I am glad she won because her haters were so brutal success was the revenge needed.

Thank you. Greetings from Bulgaria. Dara is pure fire!

Love how this is in fact a light hearted but deep technical analysis, keep it up!

Great song and feat of Dara yes she had started 11 years ago at X-factor contest, and she is singing from 5 years old, studied at musical school for folklore songs. But the song and performance is not solely Bulgarian achievement. That song is co-operation between professionals from several countries, according to wikipedia Lyricists: Darina Yotova (Bulgaria) Anne Judith Wik (Norway) Cristian Tarcea (Roumania), Dimitris Kontopoulos (Greece) actually the composer is Dimitris Kontopoulos (Greece) and the text from Anne Judith Wik Norway. The ballet is from Sweden. So 5 countries so far Bulgaria the signer, and Norway, Greece, Roumania and Sweden. She sings while dancing I highly doubt she listen something while dancing, according to what was released she did tireless trainings with the ballet as well as to synchronize breathing with dancing and the song, everything is live, the techniques was described as rather difficult but she made it. What is know she is very hard-working. And with the right song she won the conquest.

10x from Bulgaria :)

Wow - you are having fun and know what you are talking about - very entertaining so thanks! Dara is a great performer but to me the genius part of Bangaranga is the staging and the interaction with the dancers - worthy winner!

благодаря, като българин. Невероятен и точен коментар
