What looks like a gray texture on a card turns out to be tiny text when you look closer.

In this video, I use the xTool F2 Ultra UV to make microscopic text, then examine the results with close-up photography and a microscope. I walk through the text setup, laser settings, and positioning, and show tests at different letter heights—including letters just 0.03 mm tall.

I also place a hair across the text for a surprising sense of scale and show a marking test on lab glass.

How small can we go while keeping the text readable? Take a closer look with me.
