"do not look away, you're witnessing a king MID SUAVEMENTE"

Link opening up the camera during battle to make sure that Ganondorf's in the compendium is such a mood.

"Show me a warrior, bloodier, gorier!"

Ganondorf, buddy, the game needs to stay E10+.

Is Ganon…a Saiyan in action?
The longer hair on transformation, lives for the thrill of battle…
And conquers all he sees.

Huh if I had a nickel for every time Dylan sang the lyrics “A mortal stands in my way.” I’d be able to insert Doofenshmirtz quote here

2:38  Wow, a second phase! I hope it won't be so difficult- wait... Why does the Healthbar keep growing? Stop, STOP!

I love how you mention Ganondorf’s canonical last name! (His full name is Ganondorf Dragmire if you’re wondering).

I loved this boss battle. I’ve never felt genuine fear at a boss before seeing his health bar grow to nearly reach the screen’s edge

"I shall end their feeble race"
"I, the superior man"

why does ganondorf lowkey sound like he got rejected from art school

ganondorf:
"Live and die by the sword"
also ganondorf:
uses a spear

"Cull weakness from their fragile lives"

"You call it courage yet it's numbers you hide behind"

"You worship wisdom yet weak are your pitiful minds"

I like those lines, they reference the Triforce really well

"They defy me, and they are right to do so. For defiance sharpens steel."

You witness a King...

Mid-Suavemente!

Can we all just agree that Matt Mercer and Dylan both did a fantastic job voicing Ganondorf and that Alex is an amazing songwriter?

I love that Dylan still kept in the little chuckle as Ganondorf talks about the limits of his power.

I’ll never forget when I got the hylian shield before the fight not even two minutes into the fight “your hylian shield is badly damaged” I was so scared

When I first fought Ganondorf in this game, my initial reaction was 'okay, this is a decent fight, but not really standing out over Phantom Ganon aside from him being able to dodge'.

Then came phase two.  The health bar.  His ability to not just dodge attacks, but dodge and counter a Flurry Rush.  And him throwing out attacks that went beyond just being gloom damage, and permanently removed hearts...  Phase one lulled me into a false sense of security, before giving me the most terrifying and awesome Ganondorf fight in the series.

And this song captures it perfectly, IMO.  Well done, as always, internet man.

He was right... I cannot look away

Do not look away, you witness a king, mid suavemente
