Bro knows he's not the real Zero, but he's hamming it up like "I might not be real, but Zero was, and everyone must know."

This dude knows he is not the real 0 which is honestly more sad than denial

Nova tried. That much is certain. Digital constructs of Kirby's ancient foes, serving as its protectors as its work is done. The fiend locked behind pleasant dreams, the clown who cherished only destruction, and the void given flesh.

But, even with its immense power, the clock could not truly recreate them. The Fiend was distorted, The Clown was weaker than its current state... and The Void.

The Void was incomplete. Nova was based upon dreams, it could never remake such pure apathy, such indifference to reality. It still carried the destination, but the path was uprooted.
And The Void knew as much. Somehow, it was aware of its own imperfection. That it was a husk of something far greater, a digital mimic. And where Zero² held numbness, The Void grew rage.

Thank god this one got a full version.

And it has the line.
"Endless darkness....endless night."
It's perfect.

This was the perfect way to “revive” Zero Two. It’s a paradoxical entity, sapient nonexistence, a miasma of darkness that needs the very light it despises to hold itself together.

Remember how Dark Star initially formed in Kirby 64? When a beam of light from the fully-restored crystal purged all that darkness from the Fairy Queen? I now believe the darkness had to absorb that light to grow as large as it did.

"Fires of hell and lights of heaven, fallen shadows of Gehenna" HOLY SHIT THATS SO RAW

"INCOMPLETE AND BASED ON NOTHING" This line genuinely gave me chills, man. This Zero knows it is but a pale imitation of the real thing.

In a world of ones and zeroes, a two is the sole alien integer.

“A half remembered melody.” BECAUSE ITS ZERO’S THEME MISSING SOME OF THE PARTS FROM THE ORIGINAL SONG OH MY GOD

i like the fact that the voice sound a little more robotic than the original

I like that Zero Two’s voice sounds digitalized. Shows that Zero Two is so powerful that Nova can barely replicate their voice correctly.

Aw sweet! Man-made horrors beyond our comprehension!

I love the detail that this hologram is seemingly sentient, that it knows it isn't the real Zero
And it doesn't seem to care.
It's been immortalized, and now all will learn of Zero

I AM NOT LIVING, BORN, OR DEAD.
Perfect showcase of what Zero is, he's not a creature by any stretch. He's just entropy.
He's a nothing that makes everything else nothing. A Zero that multiplies by zero.
0x0
0^2

I love the vocal difference with how Zero Two sounds here compared to the original.
The original sounds mournful,  yet accepting of his existence, as there's nothing else it could be. Showing little to no emotion except for certain parts.
Here, Zero Two sounds more contemptuous. It KNOWS it's existence is an aberration, a copy of something that shouldn't exist. A replica of a primordial shadow constructed of electronic lights, its existence is a perversion of what it's supposed to represent. I can't tell if it's more upset that someone had the gall to try to bring it back from death, or the fact that it's concious that it IS a copy who's very makeup is a perversion of what it represents. Whatever it is, it's pissed and I'm all here for it.

It’s like a weeping angel. Anything that bears the visage of zero becomes zero

i like the new voice filter because it makes sense
in every sense, a machine trying to mimic and comprehend an entity of pure darkness and malice comes out as nothing more than a imitation of the real thing.
in that sense, trying to recreate its original voice comes out as it, but robotic, digitalized.
and it cannot comprehend an entity thats truly emotionless, so it comes out as something full of rage (or the fact 02 is angry cause any recreation of it recreates its mind in one way or another)
it's just perfect

The lyrics of Zero knowing that it’s a incomplete recreation of the original is a haunting existence.

"I am not living, born, or dead" is one hell of a line.

Apparently the Songvember version was so gas they made a full version
