I have the 12-40 f2.8 and 40-15 f2.8 for more demanding use. (And the 8-25 f4 for wide-angle.)
NO!
The aperture does NOT CLOSE DOWN if you zoom.
The maximum open aperture number is lower due to the lens construction.
A 1:3.5 12-200 mm MFT zoom lens would have to be MUCH BIGGER AND HEAVIER.
And a lot more expensive too.
