A very Fun and super Reliable Camera

A video retracing my very pleasant experience using the OM-3 from OM System. I brought it to the streets of my city, Hiroshima, and also the surrounding countryside. The OM-3 is definitely a very robust, well made and fun to use camera.

The exact gear I use for THIS VIDEO:

OM-3
M.Zuiko 17mm F1.8 II
M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm F4.0 PRO

No way! Never expected to get my favorite photographer shooting my favorite camera! This is rad! I just got the OM 17mm for my om-3 because I love your 35mm work so much and I wanted to try shooting that focal length for awhile. This made my day! Thanks man!

One of the best-looking cameras for sure

No way, shooting M43! I used to think I was missing out a lot on this system but I love my Lumix G9; it’s by no means small but it is by far the most comfortable camera I’ve ever had in my hand.

I've been shooting with Micro Four Thirds for a few years now, even for professional work, and I finally gave in and got the OM-3 last year. What a joy!!!

This one is my everyday camera since 6 months. I enjoy using it evreytime to document everyday life and travel with a light kit.
It struggles a little more in low light but with brighty lenses it delivers very good photos.
It was a pleasure to see you using it.

My man not only makes amazing videos, takes excellent photographs, but also speaks French, English and Japanese fluently. Kudos!!

I think the "micro" comes from the fact that the lens mount is smaller in diameter and flange distance than the mount in the four thirds DSLR system. It doesn't have anything to do with camera size.

Somehow almost all the images i had to pause the video and just stare at them because they were so pleasing. Really good

I love my OM-3 because there are so many very good small primes for MFT. Nice metal build quality, weather sealing, MF clutch and super affordable used.

bellissimo video.Om è davvero la soluzione migliore per i viaggi e per divertirsi rimanendo davvero leggeri.L'om è l'essenza della mirroless secondo me oggi.

I am shooting the OM3 since last year, and I love almost everything about it, especially the sooc colours. They keep blowing me away and I prefer them over the Fuji colours (after 10yrs with Fujifilm, I might have gotten a bit tired of its colours)
It's always cool to see what, other OM3 users are creating with this little magic cam 😊
Very nice pics btw!

Didn't expect you to try out M43, really looking forward to more street photography contents with the system.
My first ever camera was the E-P7, sort of a predecessor to the OM-3, and I also carried it in my very first trip to Hiroshima. Now that I also got the OM-3, really hope I can come back to Hiroshima one more time, exploring more stuffs and taking more memorable photos.

Nice!! Since you are the 4/3 aspect ratio guy this feels very fitting. Great shots 💪✨

It’s true that you get similarly small and light full frame primes, but weather sealed? The big compromise I see on those cheaper slower primes is usually the lack of weather sealing, that’s a bonus when you’re out and about with the OM3.

Hell ya thanks for this video. Do you tend to shoot aperture priority for your street shots? What’s your favorite focal length with the camera? Not a lot of reviews on the video for this camera

My first and only camera has been micro four thirds and I’ve always loved it for street photography. My only issue is the sensor’s resolution and dynamic range. I think this is a camera specific problem though rather than being a micro four thirds thing (LUMIX g85). I’ve been thinking about graduating to a full frame set up but this video is making me rethink. Maybe an APSC would be the better balance

Nice video and a nice camera, I played with one last weekend an can see the appeal of it. Still I really like full frame and the possibilities of a shallow dept of field.
