You need more recognition for that masterpiece of an intro, I loved that and it got a giggle 🤭

This is my 1st time during HRCYED. I just want to have fun with it. I want to complete the challenge, but I won't stress about it. I want to enjoy reading.

I actually think one word titles are somewhat rare! So I don't think you made a bad choice to fill that spot already. :)

That hilarious intro just gained you a new sub hahaha! Also, HRCYED has kicked my butt the last two years so let's see if version 3 will be more successful 😄

What a weird thing to do as a translator to decide to cut parts of the book just because you think the audience wouldn't get it. And then not even mentioning it in the book... what a way to censor. I wonder how much we have missed in other books.

What I've done is plan all the prompts at the beginning so I don't have to think about what books would fit a particular prompt later. As I naturally read books that aren't planned that fits a prompt I have not done yet I will swap them in especially if I like the book.

I prepped a full list of everything I wanted to read for each prompt in advance to save me scrambling at the end. I don't think any of the challenges are particularly harder than others, but some of the BOOKS I've picked are harder. I'm trying to front-load those so I don't get to next May and find myself with nothing left but nonfiction and 700+ page tomes.

I discovered your channel AND HRCYED from your series last year. I am participating in v3 this year and am doing some pre-planning (before my mood reading derails it). Your videos are fun to watch as I feel like not many other youtubers vlog HRCYED. Keep up the good work and have fun with it!

I’m truly just going with the flow and trying to mood read my way through HRCYED 😂. It’s been going okay so far but the hard squares are definitely going to hurt (Period Table and Numerical Titles I’m looking at you)

I really enjoyed Sublimation as a thought experiment! Thanks for recommending it ! ❤ because I’m a Gemini, I count it towards to my birthday box !

OH MY GOD ITS STARTING

I was going to do the Ain’t Nobody Got Time For That version but some prompts don’t work with one book in my opinion so I decided to plan out as if I’m doing the normal version and just see how far I go. Good luck this year!

@TheAlobear 3 weeks ago

I planned out my whole board as soon as the prompts came out - trying to use as many books as possible that I already owned.
And then, of course, I have to rejig everything whenever I read a book from the plan that I don't end up finishing!
Which is, again of course, exactly what happened with the next book I read after I first managed to create a perfect 75-book board... 🤣
